Renalytix plc (LSE: RENX) (OTCQB: RNLXY), a precision medicine diagnostics company focussed on kidney disease, announces that Julian Baines MBE has indicated his intention to stand down as Non-Executive Chair of Renalytix on 31 December 2026. Julian re-joined the Board of Renalytix in November 2024, having been Non-Executive Chairman from March 2018 to June 2020.

The Company is currently interviewing several senior industry executives who can support both US and global strategic partnering and distribution strategy for Renalytix’s lead product kidneyintelX.dkd and follow-on programmes. The Company expects to present candidate recommendations to the board of directors in the short-term for approval and will provide shareholders with further updates in due course.
